HoYoverse Korea will bring five games to G-STAR 2026, with the company planning the first domestic offline demos for Honkai: Nexus Anima and Petit Planet. The event will run from Nov. 19-22 at BEXCO in Busan.
The two new titles will each have playable demo areas as well as stage activities built around their in-game themes. Honkai: Nexus Anima will feature a pose-copying activity based on “Mugeunmok” and a balance game modeled on scenarios from the game. Petit Planet will offer a live playground where visitors can meet its creatures and take part in rhythm challenges.
Visitors who participate in demos and missions can receive event merchandise. Honkai: Nexus Anima participants will have a chance to receive one of several Anima hair clips, while missions such as pre-registration will provide rewards including a Bread Head paper bag and hologram postcards. Petit Planet’s rewards will include headbands, large shopping bags and photocards.
Zenless Zone Zero gets a PlayStation 5 demo
Zenless Zone Zero will have a booth themed “G-STAR Emergency Commission: ZERO IN ALL OUT.” The demo will be playable on PlayStation 5, with a Bangboo headband offered as a participation reward. HoYoverse Korea also plans an activity that lets visitors create a custom magazine using photos taken at the event.
The game’s stage schedule will include “Agent In-Depth Profiling: The One Who Brought the Sun,” a talk show featuring voice actors, and “Dangerous Assault,” a program featuring influencers. The lineup places the booth’s playable demonstration alongside presentations and activities connected to the game’s characters and setting.
Music, quizzes and activities for Genshin Impact
Genshin Impact will use music, images and emojis for its G-STAR activities. “Challenge! Heavenly Melody” will ask participants to complete challenges based on the game’s soundtracks. “Snap! Teyvat Image Speed Quiz” will test answers after images are displayed briefly, while “Image Domain: 36-Star Challenge!” will have participants solve prompts using clues hidden in emojis.
Honkai: Star Rail will have separate programs centered on keyword descriptions, drawing and deduction, and gaming skills. One listed activity, “Welcome to Sparxie’s Broadcast!,” will ask participants to describe assigned keywords. The event’s announced lineup therefore covers playable demos for two titles, a PlayStation 5 demo for Zenless Zone Zero and stage activities across all five games.
