In their announcement, they had a scene showing the launch date in various languages, which includes Thai towards the end. This likely means that the Singapore/SEA servers are coming as well – considering that Riot has been building their presence in Singapore with 2 offices already.
They also specifically mentioned SEA servers when talking about the Vietnam player base, which just confirms that we’ll be having our own servers soon:
Before this, SEA players had to play on high ping on NA/EU/KR servers. But in less than 2 weeks’ time, we should all be able to hop on to a low ping server to enjoy the game.
By 2nd June there will be no need to get access via watching Twitch streams as the game will be fully released for free by then.
