Xbox Game Pass is gearing up for a thrilling month ahead with a lineup of new releases set to hit the platform. Headlining the library is the highly anticipated racing simulator, Forza Motorsport. Alongside Forza Motorsport, there are several other games making their way to the Game Pass library, including The Lamplighters League, Warhammer 40K: Darktide, Cities: Skylines 2, Mineko’s Night Market, Headbangers Rhythm Royale, and Jusant.
The Lamplighters League, developed by Harebrained Schemes and published by Paradox Interactive, is a turn-based strategy game. It will be available exclusively on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on October 3rd. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will have access to the game on launch day.
Warhammer 40K: Darktide, the newest title in the popular Warhammer 40,000 series, will be released on October 4th. Initially released on Windows PCs last year, the game received positive reviews and will now be added to Game Pass on its launch day.
Forza Motorsport, the direct competitor to PlayStation’s Gran Turismo, will finally be arriving on October 10th. This highly anticipated racing simulator promises to push the boundaries of realism with new features like real-time ray tracing, dynamic time of day, and improved graphics. Forza Motorsport will be available on Xbox Game Pass on Day One.
Cities: Skylines 2, the sequel to the acclaimed city-building game, will arrive on October 24th. Players will once again have the opportunity to create and manage their own cities in this expansive gameplay experience. The game will be released on Windows, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S consoles, and will be added to the Game Pass library on launch day.
October 26th will see the release of Mineko’s Night Market, a narrative-driven social simulation adventure game that celebrates Japanese culture. Players will take on the role of Mineko, a girl exploring an island filled with whimsical items and friendly cats. The game will be available on Xbox Game Pass on its release day.
Headbangers Rhythm Royale, described as a light-hearted rhythm battle royale game, will debut on October 31st. Players will compete against each other as pigeons in musical minigames, using powerups and customizing their pigeons along the way. The game will be available on all consoles and PCs, including Xbox Game Pass.
Lastly, Jusant, an action-puzzle climbing game, will also be added to Xbox Game Pass on October 31st. Players will scale tall towers, solving puzzles and exploring diverse biomes alongside their watery companion.
