This limited-time event offers eight quests that are relatively easy to complete. Aside from the XP rewards, players can also obtain three new cosmetic items for free. It is important to note that the event will only be available for a week or two, so it is crucial to complete the quests within that time frame to earn exclusive rewards. These items are unlikely to be available in the Item Shop, so this is the only chance to obtain them.
Here are the Fortnite Birthday quests and the steps to complete them:
1. Wish the bus driver a happy birthday – Simply thank the bus driver once by pressing the B key on the keyboard or the arrow down on a D-Pad.
2. Dance with characters in different matches – Approach an NPC and emote next to them in two different matches.
3. Collect Birthday Presents – Birthday Presents can be found all over the island, including in chests. Pick up three Birthday Presents during the event.
4. Land during Fortnite’s 6th Birthday – Jump out of the Battle Bus and land four times. Remember to thank the bus driver first!
5. Consume Birthday Cake – Find birthday cakes scattered across the island in named locations. Consume a cake five times for a reward of 20,000 XP.
6. Use Balloons – Balloons have been unvaulted for the event. Use them six times during the birthday event to complete the quest.
7. Play matches – Simply play six matches in total. This quest will be automatically completed as you participate in games.
8. Down opponents – Engage in combat and down six enemies to complete this quest. Consider playing in Team Rumble or joining Fortnite bot lobbies if you find this challenging.
